Feeder

Feeding Board

The stainless-steel paper feeding board prevent the back of the substrate from being scratched.
Vacuum suction at the bottom of the table,with the paper pushing and pressing structure on the table to ensure delivery smoother.
With conveyor belt slow down device when in single sheet feeding mode,ensure feeding more smoother with higher speed.

Pneumatical Push&Pull Side-Lay

Shaftless System

Use synchronous drive technology to remove mechanical devices such as transmission shafts and variable-speed gearboxes,and use several servo motors to follow the virtual electronic spindle movement.Eliminated a large number of mechanical transmission parts.
Noise reduction:The traditional spindle and gear box are discarded,the moving parts are reduced,the mechanical structure is simplified,and the parts that generate mechanical vibration are reduced.Therefore,the noise is greatly reduced during the operation.

Pneumatic Squeegee System
